Shipment Policy

At Basicsuri, we are committed to providing timely and reliable shipping services for all our customers. This Shipment Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, delivery times, and other relevant information regarding the shipment of products ordered through our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Shipping Methods and Options
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and conveniently as possible. During checkout, you will be able to choose from the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 5-7 business days. This is the most cost-effective option and is available for most U.S. addresses.
Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days. A faster option for those who need their products sooner.
Express Shipping: Delivered within 1 business day (for orders placed before 12 PM local time). This is the quickest shipping option available.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and the shipping carrier used.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on several factors, including the shipping destination, selected shipping method, and the size and weight of your order.
Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping eligibility will be clearly stated at checkout, and any minimum order requirements or exclusions will be listed.
Standard Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for standard delivery will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address.
Expedited and Express Shipping: Costs for expedited and express shipping will also be calculated during checkout based on your location.
3. Order Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time the order is confirmed. Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) or on weekends and holidays may be processed the following business day.
Delays: While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, order processing may be delayed during peak periods, such as during holidays, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions. We will notify you if your order is delayed.
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we offer domestic shipping within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. We will update our shipping options if we begin offering international shipping in the future.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do ship to P.O. boxes for some orders, but please be aware that some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes for certain shipping methods. If we cannot ship to your P.O. box, we will contact you for an alternative address.
Restricted Areas: Certain areas or regions may have limited shipping options due to carrier restrictions or other logistical reasons. If we encounter any issues shipping to your address, we will notify you immediately.
5. Shipping Carrier
We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your order is delivered safely and on time. Some of the carriers we use include:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
6. Tracking Your Order
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to track your shipment online through the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update after shipment.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders on time, there are certain circumstances beyond our control that may cause shipping delays, including:

- Carrier delays (e.g., shipping disruptions during peak seasons or holidays)
- High demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas)
- Customs or security checks (for international shipments, if applicable in the future)
If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, Basicsuri is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as those mentioned above.
8. Address Accuracy
To ensure prompt and accurate delivery, please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. Basicsuri is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. 9. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. If the issue is not resolved, you can reach out to our customer service team, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage to facilitate a replacement or refund. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item.
Carrier Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the carrier, Basicsuri is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise.
10. Order Modifications or Cancellations
Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment. If you need to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Return and Refund Policy once the package arrives.
